Superior Auto a f****** joke of a car place don't f****** buy from them, OMG, I miss one mother f****** payment and haven't missed any always have been on time and then they go and trespass through a locked gate just to put a steering bar lock on a locked car at that. Resolution Sought Make it freaking right.

Company states; Ms. Pfeifer's statement containing "trespass through a locked gate" is simply erroneous. While we agreed that a padlock was hanging from the gate's latch, it should be emphasized that the padlock was in the open position thus the gate was not locked. According to our records, our office worked out a plan for future payments which is congruent with the complainant's income schedule. Our records also indicate that the complainant was receptive to that arrangement. That being said, we feel as though this issue has already been resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.
