I would like to formally file a complaint against Sacramento Luxury Motors for refusing to return my down payment of a vehicle that was returned to them after 3 days of possession. The vehicle was returned with absolutely not a single scratch and no other issues what so ever. I would also like Sacramento Luxury Motors reimburse me for mechanical work that I paid for within the 3 days of possessing the vehicle and the cost of that was $400. I would also ask Sacramento Luxury Motors to cover for my each lost days of work because of not having a vehicle due to them holding my down payment, I am in debt for asking people for rides just to get down to Sacramento luxury motors to ask for my down payment multiple days at a time. It is now Day 8 since I have bought the vehicle and I still have not received my down payment of $3000 dollars back. On January 27th 2023, I had financed a 2016 BMW 328 I and provided a down payment of $2,000 in cash on the same day and the rest of the money which is another $1000 on the next day all cash. Total down payment paid for the vehicle was $3000. 3 days later on the 30th I get contacted to come in and bring bank statements. I arrive and was told I did not get approved and was then advised to return the car. I returned the vehicle but had not received my down payment. They are refusing to give me back my down payment. Resolution Sought I would like the business to return my down payment of $3,000 with an addition of $400 for the mechanical work done and also $200 each day of missed work because they were holding my funds to purchase another vehicle so I can go to work.

Thanks for reaching out to us with your complaint. Reading through it I noticed that you are not transparent with BCA on why you didn't get an approval. You forgot to mention you had fake pay stubs to begin with and when we brought that up you said you no longer work there and you will bring in bank statements. When you arrived at the dealership you emailed us fake bank statements to continue with your fraudulent ways. You brought the car back damaged with smoke and burn marks all over the front counsel. You lied on your application, you lied to us many times in person and now you are continuing to lie about it further. We trusted you and gave you the car to try to help you with your challenged credit situation. Lying and frauding won't get you too far in life.
