Hired company to take care CA state taxes as I received a letter from state that i didn't file back taxes, and stated upon hire with proof that i wanted them to address CA taxes first, well they didn't, while calling them to get updates on matter i got a state withholdings letter to garnish my check, to which state taxes wasn't addressed, had to take care of it my self while they kept charging for services never rendered. Then a scheduled last payment didn't go through because they didn't save my updated card information and tried my maxed out credit card, then they charged my wife's bank card which wasn't authorized for them to use drawing her account negative on top of a withholdings order against her as well. This company hides behind layer of people and every phone call just gets transferred to another person who cant help. So i want total refund for lack of services provided and unauthorized use of banking protocols as well as false advertisement of service-overall made my situation much much worse then it needed to be. Resolution Sought Total 100 refund, nothing less otherwise I'm filing a small claims suit and anything else I can come up with.
