I received the seat as a gift gift last May and the gel from the seat has started to leak sag, the leather and seeping out. It is a lifetime warranty and I filed a warranty claim over a week ago and I still have not heard back. I've called several times with no answer, I'm just want my seat warranty so that I could ride my motorcycle again Resolution Sought Would like my seat, warranted/replaced

We have built customer Wendy Jackson a new seat. The new seat was shipped to her on the 7th of March and was delivered to her on Wed March 13th. Our warranty department is following up with her to make sure the new seat meets all of her expectations and requirements.
