On September 9th, I had a man who was employed with Safa Interiors $500 as the down payment for Carpet insulation the total cost was $1690 but I had discussed with him previously that that total was too much at this time so we agreed on the $500 deposit and monthly payments, the Carpet was to be installed on 9-16-21, but that date came and went but no Carpet, I called the person who did the agreement and he informed me that I needed to come up with another $500 before the Carpet would be installed according to his boss Steve, I reminded him of the agreement we were in, and that I did not have that money since I get S.S. Checks once a month so I needed them to refund me me the mone6 weeks later I went to see Steve the owner at that time I spoke with his assistant I told her that I would take 12Kitchen Cabinets Handles, in place of the Carpet, she said she would inform Steve but again nothing, I called, texted and spoke with Steve the Owner/Manager ,he said I shouldn't worry he will take care of everything but after another month went by I again visited Steve at Safa Interiors-and again he promised to install the Carpet but I told him I just wanted the Cabinets Handles he said it takes 5days for it to be sent from his Ware. House that was 11-01-21, I called today to see what time tomorrow I could pick them up, and again I was tol they would into it and call me back this is now 3months I have been trying to get my money in some form from this Company I need your help , pleas Resolution Sought Give me the Kitchen Cabinet Handles, deduct the payment from the $500 and refund me the balance 12 Handles at a $12 per handle
