I purchased Platinum Coverage with VW Drive Easy program on my Tiguan 2018 in August 2018. I have spent on my R front side and wanted it repaired under the policy. I provided all the information when I filed the claim and was told three weeks later, that they don't cover bumpers. I have my contract and that is not listed in the section regarding DENTs. Also I have made numerous calls asking them to have their legal counsel review, no one gets back to me. #2 Therw is no bumper on the Tigian 2018. I want someone to respond to me in writing to my email where their grounds for denial are listed in the contract. I have called numerous times, just keep getting the run around. This seems to be a concerning business operation Claim # 10427841 18443686414 Resolution Sought I would like my dent fixed. Also VW should not be supporting this group

I purchased a service contract for my and my spouses 2017, Buick on August 17, 2021. This contract has a. 30 day full refund option. My husband and I talked to the seller and after much wrangling with the sales person, we cancelled on August 27,2021. On September 8, 2021 I called throughout the day and was unable to reach the company by telephone and voicemail was full. I sent 2 email to an address given to me by the Administrator listed on service contract. As of 9/9/2021 I have not received any correspondence and are unable to reach them by telephone. Resolution Sought Notice of cancellation and Return my deposit to my account.
