I spoke to an agent from Safe Haven's Home in January 2026. He explained the program to me. He assured me he would be mailing me a copy of the program so I could get a better understanding of the program. That never happened so the only contact information I had was from my bank account . So, I contacted Safe Haven Homes and was emailed a copy, in April 2026. The contract was nothing that I agreed upon. I know I would have never commited to $239.00 a month for a year and a half , but that what he signed me up for. So, I called and said I was going to cancel my membership because that is not what I signed up for. So the company billing department billed me twice in April causing all my other transactions to default. Billed me for May in April because they knew I was cancelling I called them around the first of May and spoke to a lady name Cynthia who informed me she would reverse the charges. That it would be back in my account by now. I was just requesting the months payment back of 239.00 but since the whole thing was falsely misrepresented I want my full refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money . And stop falsely advertising . And the welcome package should be sent out immediately after purchase the person can identify all the pros and cons to the purchase Not find out month later they were taken advantage of That policy was emailed to me onthe 28th of April
