I have been a faithful payee to this company April will be five years, but the company has not been faithful in returning the service, I have a security system with them,with warranty, when I called with a problem sometimes they didn't haven't a agent to service me in this area, my panel to the system is broken,I'm under warranty until April but they want fix it unless I renew my contract with them another 3 years, why would I do that if I haven't been satisfied for 5years, I've tried many times to get then to let me out of this contract, because they were not able to service me correctly, I stayed because I didn't want to mess up my credit, that sent agent out but he did not fox my panel, when it is under warranty, I contacted consumer service they gave me and response on this company, I just to inform someone about how I have had a bad deal with this company, I already sent in my 60 day cancelation paper,now they keep calling wanting me to stay with safe home security, I have been done wrong by this company, I would like to get release from the company now, whether than wait to April, one lady Rebecca said she was going to check on getting me out of the contract haven't heard from her since. Resolution Sought Let me out of this contact now.

I have complained last year about this security system. We still have yet to resolve the problem. I moved out of my old property 2021 3119 Greeley. My 5 year term was up in September 2023 when I lasted talk to them I told them I no longer wanted the services. Currently they enrolled me for another year of service without my consent. When I contacted them in November 2023 they told me they don't notify the customers they just reenroll automatically. They said I need to email my complaint which I did. I haven't heard anything back but they still charging me for a service I do not want are need! Resolution Sought A refund from September 2023 until January 2024. Discontinue services! I paid my 5 year term! We have been through this several times !
