I was repeatedly told by SHS that I signed a contract and that that the verbal agreement was binding because SHS said I signed contract. I never signed contract or was shown any contact which contained my incorrect email that they said they sent copy of contract to. once again I never seen contact so how could I correct my email. also note that SHS had entered all this information including my printed name and all other information. That No contact was signed on 2024. SHS repeated to that I signed a contract. I have requested this so called contact many times. This is where it gets complicated: SHS is saying because I verbal said yes to there service that I entered a binding contract. they only ask ten or so yes and no questions. This can not be come a binding contract because it has no terms, conditions and equipment. Note: That Salesman told me to say no to having pre-existing system. So keep in mind that the company is under the the assumption that I have no pre-existing system therefore the first contract that they gave me should not reflect any other equipment than what they had the interesting thing is is when they sent me a second PDF of the contract that contract was avoid of my previous equipment. By this time I find out that my previous system was controlling my thermostat door camera. and they didn't hoop up all my security devices. This was the first and main reason why I was canceled their service. There system was not b Resolution Sought Cancel the account with them and report to credit creditbarrel that count is closed and paid in full or remove totally from my credit report because this based on the fact that I never had a contract with them in the first place
