Came in to have my wife's backup camera fixed after charge after charge they said they had to reinstall my head unit and a new camera that the factory was not compatible to the car. Now I have no buttons that work on the head unit, when that was not even an issue prior. The messed up part is he never mentioned it to me, so when I came back in the next day he knew exactly what I was there for and came right at me about it. The dishonesty of these people from beginning to end was horrible! Resolution Sought Fix or refund me the money is the right think to do here this is horrible customer service.
