My security camera is not working, and my husband and I have called over 19 times to ask for someone to call us back to help us get the software upgraded. David said he would send a guy to do that, but it has never happened yet. Now I can't view my camera system on my phone. I didn't want to resort in calling the BBB on this company, but they have left me no choice. I am so frustrated and disappointed, and would not recommend my family and friends to have them install the security camera system we have. I'm not sure if kids sabotaged my garage at one time after the cameras were installed, and without the notification I don't know when and who sabotaged my garage doors. My glass screen door was broken, and without me able to view my security footage I can see if it was an accident or done on purpose. Resolution Sought I would like to view my security cameras on my cell phones, my software upgraded with the usb that I was promised, and to have the feature for notifications in case someone is within proximity of my cameras.
