We bought a moped at Christmas 2021.it was shipped to my house damaged took pictures filed a complaint right away on their website. I'm still waiting for parts 4/9/2022. No instructions on assembly. Sent a copy of all my pictures to Illinois BBB Resolution Sought Now we want our money back. Before we wanted parts now we want $$$
