We bought a moped at Christmas 2021.it was shipped to my house damaged took pictures filed a complaint right away on their website. I'm still waiting for parts 4/9/2022. No instructions on assembly. Sent a copy of all my pictures to Illinois BBB Resolution Sought Now we want our money back. Before we wanted parts now we want $$$

On February 2, 2022 , 8 weeks ago I ordered a golf cart, paid for it over the phone by check from Saferwholesale that was supposed to be here four weeks ago. According to the horror stories I'm reading across the board at different websites, I could be looking at August before I get my golf cart. this is a joke. If you did business like this as an individual on eBay or any other sales website you'd be suspended for life from selling anything. look at the legal statement and within it their customer bill of rights and see if you could find one thing they are abiding by other than taking your money. I don't know if folks I guess I should've went online and read all the reviews because there's hundreds of them, but too late now. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in central Illinois and my next move will be a lawsuit. BUYER BEWARE WHEN YOU DEAL WITH SAFERWHOLESALE!!!! Resolution Sought I already filed a complaint today with the Better Business Bureau who is handling it and the only thing I'm asking for is what most companies will do, deliver your product.
