Rudeness, no information, long times on hold ..... poor service

After just trying to find out when my product would ship I went online I called I was met with rudeness and no information put on hold once for 18 minutes once for 33 minutes 2nd time called back to cancel the order the person was incredibly rude and caused me just to yell at him over the phone I cannot understand why a company that selling things would treat someone that wants to buy something this way over and over again all I wanted was a 4 wheeler or for my son and got nothing but grief after a month no shipping information could be obtained so I canceled the order people should be warned how these people conduct themselves in business. I really don't care what they do I will never order anything from them again I think people should be warned I really got to feeling the people on the phones were just being this way to be this way I don't understand why they would want to treat people that just wanna buy something this way
