We were sold on a security system for our new house because we were told that SafeStreet/ADT worked directly with our builder. Come to find out that is incorrect and we were mislead. We tried to cancel and were told that we were 1 day too late out of the "3 day grace period." They were also unable to provide a signed contract and we requested them to provide but no luck yet. Resolution Sought I would like them to take back their equipment, cancel the service, and fix the damage done to our house due to install (holes drilled inside and out).

This company keeps changing my monthly payment amount from 63.99-69.99 with tax 73.00. This company has said on numerous occasions when I ask for a monthly statement their customer service representatives always say that they DO NOT send out monthly statements. I have requested a statement several times from their representatives and have not received one. This is why so that they can put higher amounts on your account whenever they choose too. That very shady business practices and it needs to be addressed and if you can't help please give me the information of who I can contact who can address this issue. I'm not sure if I need to contact the Attorney General yet so I will wait briefly on you response. This company's customer service representative are apparently trained to respond to you asking about the amount to say " Well it's around this amount " they never give you a precise number and they are looking at it they have also charged my account an amount that I didn't approve twice. This company has very bad practices in their business. On May 3, 2024 I called to make a payment and the representative said that my monitoring is 69.99 instead of what I had been paying I also asked to use my 10.00 credit that they said had been credited in April the rep stated that it had been credited on Jan 28, 2024 I pulled up my bank account and there was no transactions for any bank refund that they said it was refunded too they also say nest aware plus-have what they originally ins Resolution Sought To pay what my original contract stars which is 63.99. And for everyone is aware of how this company conducts there payments with their customers. By the way I ordered a extra camera and pay for that separately I have not upgraded to a goggle nest plus I have what was it in originally
