Safety holdings provided Lyft Inc with an outdated driving record from the Ohio BMV I supplied safety holdings with court documents showing that a traffic violation was dismissed. Still after 2 months of trying to get a hold of safety holdings I am still not able to get this situation resolved I purchased a certified driving record from the Ohio BMV and also sent this to safety holdings. Resolution Sought I would like for safety holdings inc to resolve this situation in a timely manner it's been 2 months. I did reach out to my lawyer to prepare as I wish to sue for lost wages due to safety holdings neglect in reporting accurate information.
