I was struck by another vehicle that try to pass me on a one lane and hit my car where it's not drivable no more. I'm also injured have no way to getting to appointments. I called and put my claim in same day. They did not give me a rental car when I pay for it. I pay full coverage and rental coverage. Any other insurance company I had gave me a reservation for the same day or next day. They told me to pay out of pocket for it. Resolution Sought Pay for my rental because I paid for extra to get a better rental as well. I would like them to Give me a rental reservation as there supposed to ,they ask for extra on my policy as well. I pay my bills on times as well for full coverage.

Company states: We sent t letter to our insured as follows: I am writing in response to the recent complaint you filed with the Business Consumer Alliance Complaint Division on May 8th, 2024 and received by Safety Insurance on May 14, 2024. In your complaint you state you contacted Safety Insurance Company on May 3, 2024. You were informed that a rental car was not provided, and you would be responsible to pay out of pocket for said rental. The handling adjust, Brenda A spoke to you on May 16th, 2024 to clrify the situation. During that conversation you informed her that you called Safety Insurance on Friday May 3 at 9pm. You reached our afterhous service to set up the claim. On Monday morning, May 6th Brenda A reviewed your claim and promptly authorized rental with Enterprise Rental Car at 9:57am. Your policy allows up to 30 days rental at a rate of $45 a day for a maximum benefit of $13.50. We apologize for any possible miscommunication regarding this issue.
