Customer Complaint

7/7/2021

On May 19th 2021 contracted with American Standard for walk in tub. On May 20th (for medical reasons} needed to cancel. Immediately mailed 3 day notice to Florida Safety Tubs as required via certified mail with no response. On June 7th 2021 mailed follow up letter requesting return of deposit in accordance and as stated in cancellation notice. Letter sent certified and received by Florida Tubs on June 15th 2021. No response. Resolution Sought Request return of $1300.00 deposit.
