On April 10, 2021 I purchased a 2014 from this dealership and the car quit on me on May 12 I put down 2000 and paid my car note a month in advance not knowing that I wouldn't be driving it when the car quit I had it towed to a local shop to get it off the side of the road and I contact the safeway auto sales the next day they had it towed back to the dealership I have been given the run around about this vehicle on the phone so I went to the dealership and was given the run around saying they don't know was is wrong with it after going back and forth to the dealership finally they told me I can pay them to fix it I'm out of pocket for 158 my tags and also 100 dollars for towing fees the shop mechanic told me the motor was locked up and they sold me a lemon they knew something was wrong with this vehicle before they sold it to me I am out of over 2600 in a month and paid a car note ahead of time in which I didn't drive it I want my money back or another vehicle to make up the difference of my money I have no transportation and I gave them my last so I can go back and forth to work. Resolution Sought Give me a refund or another vehicle with no down payment in exchange for my money.
