I had a complete tear off of asphalt shingles. Steel roof with new gutters and backlashes wrapped and new downspouts installed. My aluminum wrapped backsplashes on top of house front and back were not wrapped on the ends. My chimney leaked twice. They fixed it twice. Stink pipe leaked at first rain. My west side eaves was messed up they had to fix. Down spout on front porch roof was in chunks and they had to replace. They made my patio gutter too short and did not replace the back splash at all. Downspout is wrong and all they did today on it was put a chunk of wood in on the back splash and put screws in the angled bends of the down spout and put a 3ft section in that runs along my wall and water runs in under the wall because the didn't put the new downspout the way I had it. They did not even go on the roof to fix or look at what is making it leak today. I have a pan catching the water drips! Resolution Sought Fix my leaky roof, replace the gutter on the patio with a new back splash wrapped and a new downspout like I had my old one that they threw away! A refund of half of my money! 4,000.00.
