I participated in a paid study with them online this Feb. 6 2024 & was informed all the participants would be paid $70 in 1-2 weeks! It's the 21st of February 2024 & I have yet to receive my virtual visa rewards payment & there lying again saying I have to wait 10 more days via processing for it! It feels like I got scammed. Resolution Sought I want my payment this Friday & from here on out I will no longer do research studies with them ever again! I will trust l&e research & or panel polls.

I completed a study with Sago back in September. I went there two days in a row for a promised 275 incentive for each day. I was supposed to redeem the money using a digital wallet. Once I requested for the points to be redeemed using a physical gift card, after a couple of days the status said "paid." It's been three months and I never received anything. I called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and no response for these three months. I would like to be compensated. Resolution Sought Compensate my 550 for two days worth of studies.
