I bought a dress from Saks off fifth on July 30, 2022. It was unworn and in perfect condition when I returned and it arrived on august 17, 2022 To this day I haven't received my refund of $140. I need the refund of an item that arrived their warehouse on august 17 and I still haven't been refunded. Item order # 112428056 Tracking number https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=276767920830&locale=en_US I wrote and called them about ten times. I communicated with them through their Facebook page inside private messages and they keep promising that I will be refunded in "three to five business days"!! Resolution Sought I would like them to give me my money back.
