Took my daughter here to get a blonde balayage done. Showed the hair stylist a picture of what she wanted, she didn't say she couldn't do it or it will be "unhealthy " for her hair during the process. She began doing my daughter's hair, she had red in it, which I forgot, but knew in the process it would turn pink which we were fine with. She did my daughter's hair got done and it looked like she got only a deep conditioning instead. Talked with the owner about it, she told me she could fix it to bring her in, later to tell me I have to pay even more money to get their mistakes fixed. She said since my daughter had dipped the ends of her hair like 3 years ago and since has had all the color cut off that they can't do what she wanted because of that, not understanding that. Never heard that in my life. After that the owner Brittany started being rude. Resolution Sought Either want my money back or to fix my daughter's hair the way that she wants it, not what they wanted to do.
