Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I signed up for this April 26. The first match was June 27th! Nothing until then. I told them the person I matched with has to be LDS, a republican, and not a hunter--may sound funny but those 3 things are absolutes. I asked the man's political affiliation with the first "match". Vanessa didn't know. She would find out but Vanessa set me up with my match anyway and the guy started calling--I didn't answer. I called Vanessa again and asked what his political affiliation was. She finally found out. It wasn't my requirement, so I said I didn't want to meet him. She said "so just because he isn't Republican, you won't meet him?" Subversive comment. Then I had to talk to Teresa who told me that it's never a waste of time to meet someone. I disagree--it's 500 dollars an introduction. The second match was July 25, that fell through. Turns out he wasn't available. I want to cancel. I called them and they are supposed to get back to me. I haven't heard anything yet. Over 12 weeks and nothing. And I asked them how many members there are and they would not tell me. Vanessa said that it fluctuates. I asked if there are 200 members or 2000--just give me some idea, she deflected the comment. I'm so unhappy that I have lost all this money. I am in a contract. I need help getting out. Please help if you can. Resolution Sought I want most of my money back. As of now I still have to make 225 dollar payments a month. I need to get out of the contract!!!

Numerous issues like sending me matches where they do not have basic fundamental information about the person accurate. Like their body weight, their age, what they do for work and if they are moving out of state soon. There promise is to vet every person and make sure they know and have accurate info to match you. Halfway through the matches not a single one has been accurate; they are telling me I have no right to choose to deny or accept someone they want to connect me to. Up until this moment they have always told me I have that right. Every time so far, they will give me the information about the person and I can decided if I think they sound my type or not and ask if I would like to meet them. I say yes and they connect us and if I say "pass" they find someone else. Now suddenly 2 different match makers who told me I have the right to deny or except was wrong and they can send me whoever they want and I have NO say. (Stranger danger) Not to mention they are counting one person they gave my phone number to as a match; even though the person never called me and never spoke once with him. I have tried calling asking for resolution to these issues where I have been told numerous times there is no resolution. Asking for a manager or someone who can help resolve issues I keep being told only a manager will call me to explain what I've already been told no one will change anything. They are not even willing to meet me in the middle or anything. Resolution Sought I want back what I've had and been promised which is in many phone call recordings to have pre approval of who I am matched with. And I want at least 2 of the 4 "matches they hooked me up with that were not accurate added back to my account. (I should be demanding all 4),
