Ordered my stairs took forever came with planner lines on every step .. 3 things were missing called the company 8 times never returned my calls .. i paid good money for stairs that have lines in them they look horrible!!! I wanted them naturally i sanded on them for 3 days before deciding to stain them not that I want them to be stained I want them natural called the company 10 times I was told to say and I sanded and sanded manually could not get them out they still so I stayed in them to try to hide the lines you still can see the lines calling to complain no answer is missing parts to me when you pay $11,000 or something should be fixed they won't return my calls they will not do anything other than email me and basically all it says is sorry about your luck just send it it is what it is that's a lot of money in my eyes I want service I want a refund they can have their stairs back they can pay to get them back Resolution Sought I want a refund there horrible! !!! Horrible business to take someone money and send crap absolutely crap for that kind of money.. I feel there just as bad as a thief this was a show case for my home that's why I spent the money but wow not at all.
