I would like for the business to check their manager get her to realize she don't have to be nasty mean or rude to clients

I visit and advertise for salvage world I went in on June 20th, to buy a air condition for 30 mins I waited hollered out for someone knowing they seen me the manager came over by me I had to keep saying hey how much is this my respond was snappy. And very rude,i bought it anyway is back today not to refund it but add the difference she said I couldn't only been three days she started hollowing at me and told me she did not want to talk about it my son asked her to talk to me better than that then she threaten to call the police yes I got very angry because for eight years that's been my favorite store at least once a week. I have seen that manager put people's out for no reason when the store is full to impress clients that's no way to be. She change prices for her friend or whom she like you can stand there with same item she will make excuses not to do it for you. Do you really want to keep businesses. you. She keep putting people's out you are going to need businesses I won't recommend that place again as long as she's there and rude. Remember you loose one consider almost of 10 I ran my own business for 20 years and were a manager for two at Wal-Mart I know kindness and I know rude. She don't have to prove she's a boss just be one. I even think I deserve an apology. Everything I said to her is willing to face her with her boss and what she said as well.
