The company is unprofessional, takes your money and doesn't show up for measuring. They are not forthcoming and work is subpar. I would NEVER recommend this company...S A M blinds,Inc. Resolution Sought Not do business the way they currently are operating.

Hello, we are contracted through Home Depot to perform measures and installations. We receive all of our leads through Home Depot. All customer information has to be updated and correct before such information is sent over to our company. The address that we received from Home Depot is 1550 Tiburon Ave. Tiburon Ca. This address happens to be an address for a number of office complexs. She was scheduled for services on 9/22. between 1-5pm. When the tech showed up to complete the service, he went into the building and asked a couple of other business owner if they knew the customer and they did not. He called the customer to ask the suite number, but to no avail, she did not answer. He called our office to find out if we had it. It was not supplied to us either. The customer started her calling the office at 6:32 pm looking for the installer. Leaving nasty and threating messages on our office phone. She also called and texted the installer numerous times harrassing him, calling him a liar, and saying that we were stupid for not knowing that it was a dentist office. The installer tried to reason with the customer and asked for the suite numer, she never revealed it. He wanted to get her rescheduled but without the suite number it would be more of the same. The installer finally blocked her at 10pm. All we needed was her suite number to complete the job. She nor Home Depot has provided the suite number, to this day. On 9/23 at 12:48pm we decided that we had had enough and refused service to this customer. I looked at her past installations and I find that She had or has an office in San Rafeal at 2165 Francisco Blvd East Suite E. The suite information was provided on three different ocassions. Why it was missed and so difficult to reveal to us this time I do not know.
