Stylist priced me for mirco braids at 185 when I seen that the back was bigger she told me that's how it's supposed to do, it big in the back small in the front, she didn't finished that day. I paid upfront put my hair in a ponytail when I got home about 30 braids fell out so I sent pictures to the owner and the stylist the owner apologized and said come get it fixed I got to the shop the next day she was angry she told me that I pulled out my braids and the owner stopped the argument we were in and told her to fix my hair they are way bigger then what I asked and paid for and I'm very irritated and unhappy the stylists name was Leah 10/10 wouldn't recommend her never Resolution Sought give me my money back

client called to book an appointment for individual box braid in the morning of that day.LEAH the braider who had an experienced over 20 years was there to help her, price for the workmenship or service was discussed and agreed upon before service started .It took 5 hrs 30min to get the hair done.client was very happy and actually paid $185 with tip however, client was complaining about how expensive it was but the point is , it takes a lot of time and hours however, we do not do hair and then ask to pay the price, we discussed price with u first if u agree we are more than happy to do it.She called the next day and complaining about her hair falling off which is very very rear.As an owner who think customer is always right, i immediately called my braider to take her in and we fix the problem and that was done we fix the issue.With over 7 hous in totality trying to make sure this client is happy, i think will be unfair to take away this $185 from the poor lady who never had a single complain before. i am sorry we were not able to meet her expectation and i hope she will be able to find somewhere that will take her in and do a better job than as.

This responses above is a lie I have attached proof I thought I put $85 cause at the end of the day she did a job she should be paid a $100 is fare even though she did not do what I asked an they all came out I asked for micros she gave me medium braids that slide out that same night I did not tip her I was not happy she did not take 5 1/2 hours she took 11 cause she didn't want to burn them an made me come back the next day an get it finished she was very rude she yelled at me an burned me 3 times omg they are such liers an nothing good will come to them an I called 3 days before made a appointment an somebody else was post to do my hair pookie but she doesn't do small braids an that's what I asked for I don't mind paying if it was right but again you see this an these are from there cell phones and at this point I'm ready to go to court cause right is right wrong is wrong an this is wrong my phone's acting up so idk if all the pictures went up cause it was 13 screen shots
