I am filling a complaint against Sam pierce Chevrolet. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership just to have ongoing issues with vehicles I have purchased. Vehicle # 1 2016 Buick Enclave the transmission had issues with no warning. At the time the Buick Enclave had transmission issues there was no communication via phone or email or the issue while I'm the service center. They gave me a drac car to drive which was vehicle #2 I purchased 2020 Chevrolet Traverse RS this vehicle was sold as a new vehicle to me. Sam pierce Chevrolet did everything possible to sale this vehicle to me. There were incentives and family and friends discounts offered to make this deal happen the family and friends discount is no longer offered. I took vehicle # 2 to another dealership to see how much my car was worth because I had my eye on another vehicle due to the fact that when I would remote start the vehicle it sounded like it backfired on rare occasions. When I went to said dealership I was made aware the vehicle was in an accident. I argued with said dealership not Sam pierce the vehicle had never been in an accident once shown the car fax I lost money on the vehicle from tithe time of purchase. I called Sam pierce on 08/15/2022 and ask to speak with the owner and was advised by Josh in the finance department that said owner of Sam pierce Chevrolet was unavailable to speak with me. I asked for an appointment and was told by Josh in finance that he doesn't do appointments. Resolution Sought Pay full amount of 2020 Chevrolet sold to me at time of finance.
