My vehicle was towed home due to and exhaust problem when the tow truck driver arrived he seemed upset from beginning he towed my vehicle backwards hitting the front and bottoms of vehicle on ground and tow truck when arrived at destination I was following behind him in my other vehicle he started to unload it very quickly and recklessly I believe the hook was still on when he turned the vehicle on and began to drive it off as it got close to the end it sounded stuck and made a pop noise and then it was released I told him to stop and that when my vehicle started leaking all this fluid he continued to drive it off still hitting the bottom and front under the vehicle I asked him what was attached he began to yell in my face I asked for the tow company name and contact info he would not give it to me I called the number on side of vehicle while he was still yelling at me and the owner he asked why was the vehicle towed I told him he said to me and driver the vehicle should not have been started the driver said that he ain't know how else was he going to load it the owner told me to get it towed to my mechanic and they would pay for damages I did have to call the police department and file a police report due to the driver and him staying to argue with me about my vehicle it has been 5 weeks now have not heard from them even the shop reached out to them. Resolution Sought Either fix my vehicle or pay me out for my vehicle what I am be told it will cost more to fix.
