Company came out to dig for fiber optic installation and caused burst pipe which resulted in a water bill over one thousand dollars and refused to take responsibility for the damage done. Prior to them coming out no burst pipe. The were hired by Ezee Fiber, which refused to take any responsibility for the damage done either. Resolution Sought I would like them to be notified that a complaint was filed against there company. This matter has been resolved but, I want you to inform them a complaint was filed by the consumer.

Company states: The work that EZ Fiber sends to Sammons Construction is then subcontracted out to subcontractors that physically do the work. With that being said, Sammons Construction is NOT responsible for the damage that was done. Any damage that is done is the responsibility of the subcontractor. Sammons Construction requests that this complaint be removed from the Business Consumer Alliance.

Sammons Construction Company are liars, I spoke to several employees they were Adam, and Blake an extremely rude female too. Adam was the only professional employee. Not once did any of them state they subcontracted the work out they stated their men didn't burst the pipe. I do not agree that Sammons Construction's complaint should be removed because they were the ones who did the work. Ezee Fiber Company stated they were the contractors that did the work too.
