On Saturday, March, 2021 a complete roof was installed by Sam's Roofing Carpentry and Development Co.. On May 11,2026 at 8:40 a.m. made first phone call to Sam's Roofing co., Sam told me didn't remember me. He assured me he would come to my house at 2:p.m. He told me to text him with my name and address to him. I did comply however, he didn't bother to call nor did he come to my house. I received no response from Sam. On Friday, May 15, 2026 3:34p.m., I texted him again, described the roof showed water marks in ceiling of bedroom and several shingles were not uniform on my roof. Again, Sam didn't answer nor respond to this text. On Monday, May 18, 2026 I made two calls to Sam, once again Sam wouldn't answer these calls either. On Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 10:10a.m., I called Sam he told me he would come to my house at 5:00p.m., on this day he never came to my house nor did he text or leave a voicemail for his no show. I called the Bureau of Construction Code License, per agent Scott , Sam doesn't have a contractor license. When I was told this I almost suffered a heart attack. I, in good faith thought I was getting roof work and not have to be sleeping in a bedroom with water marks in my ceiling. I know he would not like it if, I had done this to him. I still have the roofing contract but, I hope it isn't worthless. Resolution Sought I would like Sam to setup time he would actually come to my house and inspect the workmanship of the shingles and the water marks in my bedroom and make repairs as needed. I haven't fabricated this roofing story and I still have the roofing contract. He needs to stop ghosting me and resolve this roofing matter. When it was time for his payment he gladly accepted my cashier's check. At this time he doesn't answered calls and honor his word on his coming to my house.
