Sam's Club reviews

I thought an item was one price but it wasn't. I walked back with a company employee to find out what price was and I was wrong. I was confused about the reading of a sign. I apologized but she never returned a smile, was rude in her actions. I got to the register and the woman at the register was snippity and very impatient and her speech was rude as well. This is only the 2nd time I've been here and probably won't return. I wonder who else has experienced the same, especially someone who needed help but only got hurt. I don't normally say anything but this time I think it's needed.
