samsung and samsung care is a fraud save your money switch to apple
so the title may make this look like i'm working for apple. trust me i'm not. ive used Samsung products my entire life but am now switching my phone to apple. i've had my phone for a little over a year now and it's worked well up until it started having this issue where when charging it says the phone tempurature is to cold to charge. i called samsung support and they tried to trouble shoot it which didn't work. so the representative set up a appointment with u break it i fix it to diagnose the problem. they are a company they use to outsource repairs to ensure they are manufacturing errors or if they are simple repairs they can fix it that day which is awesome. took my phone to you break it i fix it and they tell me its a motherboard issues so it is covered under the manufacturing warranty since it is a manufacturing error. i call samsung and tell them what they say so they tell me to send in my phone and they will repair it and send it back in 2 weeks. in my career i cannot be without my phone for that long. and in general people need their phones on a daily basis whether its for work, on the go, or to make sure their kids and family are okay. so i asked if they offered loaner phones during that time. they said no they don't do that. i asked what they thought i should do about getting a phone they told me to buy a new samsung device to replace it with until it gets back which would have to come out of my pocket and they did not offer refunds on that phone or any form of return policy on it to get your money back. i then asked for a refund on the device since it is no longer working and it was a manufacturing error they said they can send me a refund and they would send a email with ticket number in a few minutes. this email never came. i then got a phone call from SanQuila M. | Office of the President Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (T) 888-480-5675 opt#1 allow prompt to request ext. 31182| (F) 973-529-0367| [email protected] and she continues to be no help at all. stating that i would need to buy a new phone at full price then they would ship it out to me. trouble is phones are quite expensive and it would be a hassle to have to reprogram 2 phones within 2 weeks since i'd have to reprogram the phone i purchased then again my repaired phone after i receive it 2 weeks later. i just feel like Samsung has a legal and moral obligation to be able to provide a phone replacement for a manufacturing error especially in this day and age where things happen all the time, covid, car accidents, injuries, etc these are all things we need to have a phone for and Samsung is not allowing me the option of to help if any situation arises. i would understand if it was something that i did that i would need to jump through a few more hoops but since the issue was created on their side it should be a no brainer.

would give them no stars
Bought $4000.00 refrigerator with WiFi. first ice maker went out and is leaking water under the bins although l turned the water and ice maker off !consequently getting small flies in fridge ! now the internet has stopped working and they say there is no updates for this....disgraceful company. my daughter has just purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and her ice maker is freezing up and her new Samsung stove has a defect in the left front burner !! l shall never purchase anything from Samsung again.. Hundreds of complaints for the fridge .Class action site which keeps being delayed by lawyers !!
