Company Response

Patient has not been to our office since December 20, 2020 and services were never refused to Mr. Pineda. In 2019, only one filling on tooth number 31 was completed and four wisdom teeth were extracted along with in office bleaching, which he has a balance of $400.00 with San Pedro Dental for his wisdom teeth extractions. Mr. Pineda came back for an examaination on December 20, 2020 to the doctor did diagnose fillings were needed on theeth numbers 14, 15, 18, 30, 31 and a night guard due to stress. None on the recommended treatments was completed by Mr. Pineda. On August 5, 2022 Mr. Pineda came in for another examination, he waked into the office yelling, using expetive words, telling the employees they do not know how to do their jobs. Upon examination of tooth number 15 has a broken mesial buccal (MB) cusp needing a Crown with a possibility of a Root Canal. Now Mr. Pineda's tooth could have broken due to the decay he never treated and or to his grinding not due to the office, this tooth was never treated by our location. It would be best after this case is closed for Mr. Pineda to reconsider a different dental office, unfortunately we will no longer be able to provide dental services due to the way he handled himself in the office.
