I went to get my transmission fixed, well they get a used one as we discussed. They did not test drive it after replacing it. We pick it up and it's still shifting hard. We drive it right back up there when pick up and told them it was still doing wrong they told us to drive it over the weekend if its still doing it then bring it back. told us we still have to pay for a new one. After being asked if we want a refund was told wrong by the person who answered the phone. but also was told it was guaranteed and will be fixed but we are now told we have to pay for a new one. Resolution Sought To either give me a refund at least half or fix it with no additional cost.
