Customer Complaint

Hired contractor to replace 60 year old stairway basement system and he convinced me that it just needed reinforcement. The cosmetic repairs he did to the system left it unsafe for me and my wife. I am a 78 year old disabled Vietnam veteran and my wife is 73 years old. He scheduled several days to continue the job and didn't show up. I had other contractors inspect his work and was told the repairs were unsafe and he over charged me for the work that was done. He sand my walls instead of replacing sheet rock and he did not use drop cloths for the floor,furniture nor clothing and everything was covered with dust from the sanding. Resolution Sought Refund my money because I had to hire another contractor to correct and complete the job.
