I made a deposit to Sandals Resort Ochi 4/10/23 of $98. Then again May 1st 2023 for $302 . I requested a refund after finding out I was have surgery 9/9/24. They told me it would take about 10 days. I called back after not receiving my refund 9/23/24. They told me they had refunded me my refund 9/13/24. I conferenced called with a bank and sandals rep where my bank rep told sandals I never received a deposit into my account. Sandals then share a tracking number that was not connect to anything. I tried to file fraud with my bank. I conferenced called with my bank manager and a rep of sandals 10/30 where my bank manager offered to fax bank statements to sandals. They stated where going to transfer to accountant. Thirty minutes later no account rep or no return phone call. They took my lonely and not trying to give it back. I feel like they are trying to make me give up but I'm not rich and $400 is a lot of money to me. Resolution Sought Cut me a check for my $4009,
