I purchased a shower door $325.00 on May 2022 Was told nothing was wrong with door and if not they wd make right. I kept going in each week or calling but sd no door has come in. The contractor to do my tub replacement has been put on hold Now 5 months. I'm 72 and need tub replaced.. Evertte at store has been nice but now feel bee lead on. My last visit to store a woman told me No refunds when I ask for my mny back so I can purchase new door. She wasn't nice I told her sold me damaged door.. now they will not answer my calls. A ND this summer opened new store Hickory us in Charlotte. The door and shower floor is sitting in a spare bedroom they can have back. Just want my mny back.. I have pictures of the damaged door. And the person who was going to complete my bathroom sd parts were missing. Thank you for your help..sincerely Appreciate! Resolution Sought GIVE ME A REFUND AND COME GET DOOR
