I am trying to book a 1 night stay during weekend as I have a gift card for this hotel and I reached out but they turned me down and said they don't accept check-in and reservations for Saturday although I have stayed at this hotel several times on Saturdays in the past for 1 night. I am not living near by and I can't come other than Saturday since I am working Mon-Fri. Resolution Sought To get a 1 night stay confirmed for a Saturday or refund the value of the gift card $500 since it is of no use.
