They went in my car illegally and towed my car they told my parking pass out the window and towed my car then they make up stuff as they go. They hiring felons they steal out the cars they are disrespectful and desperate for a tow they towed my car for two days straight they are harassing the tenants this is very discouraging I almost lost my jobs due to the fact that they cut they lights off and sounds and tow illegally and this is not fair how much money I've had to pay do to the fact that they are making up rules and guidelines up as they go are very unacceptable this has to stop I'm starting a petition to shut them down because the rules and guidelines need to be out and in plain sight for people to see it so they can be aware of where they are parking and the rules should be posted to be seen CLEAR AS DAY!!!!!!!!! Resolution Sought Refund and to be asked to be closed down for illegal tows I have pictures of my car with my pass in there I want them to fail as a business because this is not right how much money they are stealing from people. They either get shut down or they prove the proper paperwork for the rules and guidelines
