Charge 2 like bank Credit cards and start after 60 days. This is a utility not a profit making discretionary purchase
The 10 per month adds up to 120 per year. This interest rate is usury! I was on vacation and made a partial payment not knowing what the bill was. Then rear-ended by semi and couldn't return for another 3 weeks. While the dollar amount is small, it is a horrible business practice
