I have lived in Mexico and used Santander Bank UNITED STATES ISSUE for 20 years. I operate a non-profit Fiona Animal Refuge and employ local people. Every year for 6 months I use thousands of dollars to pay my people. Santander Bank usually has problems with their ATM but they have resolved issues rapidly in the past. Between October 30,2025 and November 28, 2025 less than one month I had 9 REFUNDS ON MY ACCOUNT. THEIR BANK- THEIR MISTAKES. I wrote a report and mailed it December 4, 2025 to deal with one withdrawal on November 28,2025 that I did not make of $469.75 which was not refunded. On December 1,2025 I made a withdrawal $529.92 for which I received the money. I then saw 2 more withdrawals the same day which I did not make. $532.45 and $295.81.Because I received the money for the one transactions the other 2 would have put me over my $1000 max per day. Both were not refunded. I canceled the card and reported everything. I have my receipts for every transaction. I have pictures of the bank and the ATM machine involved. Nothing has happened. I used to love Santander. My case number is 000 099 7802 at the bank. You can see the bank has an incorrect amount of money because they did not refund the 3 transactions. I understand that my report for $295.81 and $532.45 was declined. Your agent told me when I reported the issues that a scimmer was probably used. I immediately canceled the card and followed your directions to protect my a Resolution Sought The funds returned.

Open Bank has frozen my high yield savings account and will not unblock it even after I have called 7 times to file complaints and beg them to unfreeze it. They keep saying there is nothing they can do. Resolution Sought I want my money!!!
