I need help please. I went to Mexico on December 31frst 2023, and I stop on Santander Bank , to exchange dollars for pesos , and because the exchange was to low, 15 pesos per dollar I cancelled, I knew was cancelled I left , Now the Bank took my 60.00 dollars and fees wish total was almost 62.00 , I set a dispute through my Desert Financial Bank, My money was returned but in days Santander took the money back again, my Desert Financial Bank sent back another dispute Now Santander don't want to return my money , I want Bank Santander Check the cameras to prove them I m not received no money . the Santander Bank address is Blvd Benito Juarez and Street # 13 / centro , 83550 Puerto va Peñasco Son Mexico. Phone # +526623832091. Thank you So much Resolution Sought I would like to the bank check their cameras to prove them that I didn't receive no money and I want to get my money back , because it's not fair taking that way my money,. . Thank you.

My sister Salome open a account for me back in September 2013 and the bank let someone else go in to my bank account and take money out of my account and I have proof from the bank that the card is in my name is Marva A Stewart and I still have a copy of my paperwork from the bank that closed my account and I am having a problem with the account saving and checking a card. Resolution Sought I'm Marva A Stewart I will like to dispute the bank account with a supervisor for my closing date 07/10/2015
