They refused to issue me a check for work that was not done that I pay for before I left. And before I left the manager Kate Mancini told me I could come back to either get the work done or get my money back she signed my paper and when I came back to get the 241 she denied that the work was not done that it was partly done and was angry I wasn't going to finish the work there so told me I was not allowed to ever come back. They had had my car for at least 36 hours. At the end of the day they never even called me to tell me they were keeping it overnight. I was only having tires put on and inspection The tea PMS and an alignment. I paid for everything got in my car the tea PMS light was still on. She said I could come back to have it fixed but since I don't want it fixed she's angry says I am toxic when they have absolute crazy miscommunication going on in there they were calling my ex of five years ago to inform me about appointments. He wasn't about to call me and tell me. I told them several times to change my phone number in there contacts I came in several times for service every single time telling them to change my phone number take away my ex's phone number they were still calling him they have a worker name cam probably Cameron and he's pretty dicey and will argue the truth away like a professional politician. She is just mad and it's very actually confusing because when I left everything was fine. She agreed she signed off on the paper agreeing with me. Resolution Sought They need real managers not angry women that just don't like you so they send you away. Thousands and thousands of dollars I thought my car here for no appreciation whatsoever all I want is $200 back and they're acting like I'm destroying the place. Kate Mancini needs re-education on how to be a decent human being/manager. And Cameron is a constant liar this is not the first time he lied to me.
