My internet went out on the 12th of Feb. They said it was sim card. I received sim card that did not work. I canceled the service due to not working. They charged my credit card for the month of Feb. billing cycle starting on the 9th. I was told I would receive a refund 30 days after I returned my equipment. I have not receive a refund. They have close my account and I have no way to reach them as everything has to be done through online tickets. They don't have a phone number that they answer. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

We are barely new customers to this service. We got our equipment and started our service about six weeks ago. The past two weeks we have been without service and the service ended without any notification from the business. When we reached out to them, they stated that, customers were without service due to expanding their service area with new towers. We were told we would receive a new Sim card and once it was activated, our service would be up and running again. We did receive finally a Sim card. We activated it the day it arrived , it has been a week now and they have yet to activate our Sim card and we are still without service. I work from home and Internet is a big deal for us. I have maxed out the hotspot on my mobile plan using it for Internet service for the past two weeks or longer. When you called to speak with someone in direct you to their website to do everything online. I went to their website and there's nothing but a phone number. This is very frustrating. I would like to be reimbursed for the equipment and services that we had to pay upfront and I would like to cancel my plan so that I can go with another provider. I hope that lots of other people in our area will also file complaints because I know that there are many people that have been without service due to this situation and none of them had notification in advance that it would be happening either. Resolution Sought I would like this company to reimburse our 300+ dollars that we paid upfront for equipment and services. I would also like to be reimbursed for the past 2+ weeks that we did not have Internet coverage at all. We would like to end our services with this company and go with someone else.
