I returned a pair of Tour Mesh Silver SAS shoes Size 11M in March of 2023 to be exchanged for a Size 9 1/2 M of same shoe and same for blue boots . In hospital for 2 mos. and called the store to tell them of significant weight loss and need for exchange. Was told to return and they would exchange. They were mailed to store UPS from Minoa, NY Post Office. I took pic of both shoes and boots. Lost paper with tracking numbers. After several calls to them they recently found boots but deny receipt of shoes. They are replacing boots but not shoes saying they didn't receive them. I am awaiting the boots in a couple of days. I am 80 yrs. old and have no reason to lie to them. I just want what I purchased from them and returned. I took pics of them before packing them to mail. Resolution Sought I want the SAS TOUR MESH SILVER SHOES in size 9 1/2 sent to me as an exchange for what was returned to them.
