Took granddaughter in to have nails done after searching website. Website showed great reviews. The prices on the website were good. Acrylic nails $40 and pedicure $43. She did have gel polish and design on her big toes and stickers on her ring fingers. The total the woman gave me was $150. When I told her the website price for a set of nails was $40 she looked like she was ready to pass out. She said "Oh no $45" and proceeded to write a bunch of charges down on a piece of paper to explain to me. When she reached $85 she hadn't even included the pedicure. I would never have taken my granddaughter if I knew it was going to cost that much. Her friend had her nails done also but they were just at the end of her fingertips. Her friend had pointed at a picture and asked how much and the woman told her $25. Her friend left with a cost of $130. Outrageous. While sitting there talking to her friend a man that worked there (believe he was owner) was walking toward the door. The man reached over and grabbed my phone. It was a good thing I had a grip on it or he would have had it. Will never return to this place of business again. Also noticed tools that a worker used on her own nails was put back into container to be used on next person getting pedicure. Unsanitary!!! Resolution Sought Would like a full refund due to false advertisement on website and the employee (owner??) tried to take my phone. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
