Hello" i have been waiting for my gift since NOV 7th of this year. It is now December 24th 2021. their policy states if i have not received my item within 30 days I can get my full refund. But i have not, I was told to pay $7.00 due to it being sent to new jersey instead so i paid the $7.00 Because it was sent to the wrong state. It was not my fault they did that .i am so angry that they even blocked me from me to e-mail them. I have no responses. They are a total fraud and all I want is my money back for my order. I hope and or pray u can help me with this. Please get back to me! Resolution Sought I would like to have my redund! And also them not to be a seller to ppl who work hard for their money and get robbed. I would like them to be shut down from the online to sale to us and be scammed. I would def love my money bk that I did pay and if I can also get for the time waiting. But if I can only get my refund will be great ty
