Been waiting over plus, then when I said I am going to complain, they got in contact with the driver

I was drop off by the shuttle driver. I keep calling trying to get picked up, he would not answer. So I called the the front desk they keep putting me on hold. Been waiting over plus, then when I said I am going to complain, they got in contact with the driver. It's hot and muggy out here.. This is not acceptable. A gift card, and apology.
