Speak with the store manger as soon as possible...

I was in the store today on 47th and cottage Grove. I actually love that store because of the great customer service they provide. On this particular day I heard the store manager tell her employee not to talk to the customers while she's there. I felt that was very disrespectful and hurtful. I felt bad for the employee. In fact that's one of my very favorite employees always happy and in good spirits. Something needs to be done about the store manager or I will take my business elsewhere.
