Purchased chicken salad on July 22. 2019, experienced stomach cramp, diarrhea, throwing up and profusely sweating.

Purchased chicken salad on July 22. 2019, experienced stomach cramp, diarrhea, throwing up and profusely sweating. That evening went to the ER to get medical attention. Lab work and fluids given through an IV, was in ER 6hrs. BACTERIA was noted on dismissed form. FYI, I experience same symptoms in 2018, with frozen shrimp. same store. If I can't get monetary monies for pain and suffering I will contact an attorney. Compensation for..pain and suffering.
