I placed an order with this company for a sweatshirt and received a product on 12/17. What I received is not what I ordered. The only option to contact this company is through email. I sent an email on 12/17, as soon I received the order and have not gotten a response. I looked on social media, and noticed that there are numerous similar complaints stating that customers never received an order or received the wrong order and cannot get in touch with a representative for a refund or exchange. My order number is SM4954. Resolution Sought I would like a refund. I have the item that was sent me packed up to ship back.
